How to Book Your Free Consultation

Please read below carefully before booking your initial
​free consultation using the button at the bottom.
Your journey to healing and wholeness begins with an initial consultation to ensure best fit and answer your preliminary questions. Initial consultations are conducted online via telehealth even though regular sessions are done in person at 6860 S. Yosemite Ct, Centennial, Colorado, 80112 (near I-25 and Arapahoe Rd.).

Consultation length: Up to 20 minutes.

Consultation format: Video appointment. You'll receive a meeting reminder from "Golden Mean Counseling with Sean McNamara" containing a link you'll click to access the video appointment.

​It is easiest to access the video appointment by clicking the link from your email on a laptop.

How to request a consultation (2 different ways):

1. Use the online booking system to see availability and request a consultation. Available sessions are visible only 14 days into the future. If you would like to schedule farther out, please use the contact form (see below). After your request is accepted, you will be sent an Intake Questionnaire to complete at least 24 hours before your consultation.
